Using the website

Customers may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information. They must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, scrape content at scale without permission, impersonate another person or use the website for fraud.

Product information

We aim to describe each product accurately. Measurements and weights may have small manufacturing tolerances. Screen settings and lighting can affect colour appearance. Product photographs, descriptions, archive stories and packaging shown on the website are illustrative of the listed product and do not create features not stated in the product details.

Decorative collectibles

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, FABLEMORROW resin figures are decorative adult collectibles and are not toys. They may contain small, pointed or delicate parts. Customers must follow the care and safety information supplied with the product and keep collectibles away from young children and pets.

Orders and availability

Products remain subject to availability. Adding an item to a basket does not reserve it. We may set reasonable purchase limits. If stock is unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and refund the unavailable item.

Pricing errors

We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order. If an order is affected, we will contact the customer to confirm whether they wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel. We will not charge a corrected higher price without agreement.

Ownership and risk

Risk in physical goods passes to the consumer when the goods are delivered to the consumer or a person identified by them. Ownership passes when full payment is received and the goods are dispatched, subject to mandatory consumer law.

Intellectual property

The FABLEMORROW name, creature designs, artwork, archive text, photographs, graphics and website content are owned by or licensed to SCALE GRP LTD. Purchase of a product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, manufacture, scan, mould, commercially photograph or sell derivative copies of a design. Personal resale of a lawfully purchased original item remains subject to applicable law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal, operational or service changes. The terms applying to an order are those made available when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law and applies retrospectively.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply where they live. A consumer may bring proceedings in the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable UK law.
