Order Cancellation Policy

To request cancellation before dispatch, email support@fablemorrow.com immediately with the order number. We will try to stop the order, but cannot guarantee cancellation once packing or dispatch has begun.

If the order has already been dispatched, the customer may use the cancellation and return rights described in the Returns Exchanges and Refunds Policy. Refusing delivery does not always create a reliable return record, so customers should contact us for instructions unless refusal is required because the parcel is visibly unsafe or severely damaged.

FABLEMORROW may cancel an order before dispatch if payment is not authorised, the product is unavailable, the address cannot be serviced, the transaction appears fraudulent, or a material pricing or listing error has occurred. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
