Order Tracking

When tracking is available, the dispatch email contains a tracking link or reference. Allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear.

Tracking has not updated

A parcel can move between depots without a new public scan. If tracking remains unchanged beyond the expected delivery period, email support@fablemorrow.com with the order number. We will review the shipment and contact the delivery provider where appropriate.

Tracking says delivered

Check safe places, reception areas, household members and nearby neighbours. If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us promptly. Do not publish the tracking number publicly.

The parcel is damaged

Photograph the outer packaging, delivery label, internal packaging and affected product before discarding anything. Send the photographs with the order number so we can assess the correct remedy.
