SCALE GRP LTD is the controller of personal information processed through FABLEMORROW. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who receives it and the rights available under UK data protection law.

Information we collect

· Identity and contact information, including name, billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone number if supplied.

· Order information, including products purchased, order value, returns, refunds, delivery status and customer messages.

· Payment-related information supplied to payment providers. FABLEMORROW does not receive or store the full card security code.

· Technical information, including IP address, device, browser, cookie identifiers and website interaction information.

· Marketing preferences and records of consent, unsubscribe requests and campaign interaction.

· Fraud-prevention, security and customer-service records where necessary.

How and why we use information

 

Who receives information

We disclose only the information reasonably required to service providers that support the store, including Shopify as the ecommerce platform, payment providers selected at checkout, delivery and fulfilment providers, customer-support and email providers, professional advisers, fraud-prevention services, analytics providers used with the required consent, and public authorities where disclosure is legally required. These recipients act under their own legal obligations or appropriate contractual terms.

International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires a transfer safeguard, we use an adequacy regulation, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism and apply supplementary protections where appropriate.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected and for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute requirements. Order and transaction records are normally kept for up to six years after the relevant accounting period or transaction, subject to applicable legal needs. Customer-service correspondence is reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Marketing records are kept until consent is withdrawn or the record is no longer required, while a minimal suppression record may be retained to respect an opt-out.

Children

The website and decorative collectibles are intended for adult customers. We do not knowingly use the website to solicit personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us.
