Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.

How long will my order take?

Processing normally takes 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery normally takes another 2 to 5 business days, giving an estimated total of 3 to 8 business days.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is free for all UK orders.

Are the figures toys?

No. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, FABLEMORROW figures are decorative adult collectibles and are not intended as toys.

Are products handmade?

Only a product specifically described as handmade or hand-finished should be treated as such. Product materials and production details are stated on the relevant product page.

Can I return an item?

Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Customers also have statutory cancellation rights for qualifying online purchases. Contact us before sending the item back.

Who pays return postage?

The customer pays change-of-mind return postage. FABLEMORROW covers reasonable return costs for a verified fault, transit damage, incorrect item or product materially not as described.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, subject to stock availability and return eligibility.

When will my refund arrive?

After the return is received and inspected, an approved refund is expected to appear in the original payment account within 7 business days.

Can I change my address?

Email us immediately. We will try to update the address before packing or dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change after fulfilment has begun.

Why does the colour look slightly different?

Lighting and screen settings can affect colour appearance. Small production tolerances may also occur. Material differences that affect the product description will be disclosed on the product page.
