Payment Policy

All prices displayed on fablemorrow.com are in pounds sterling. Prices include applicable UK VAT where required. The total payable amount is shown before the customer confirms the order. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free.

Accepted payment methods

The payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by device or payment provider. FABLEMORROW does not ask customers to send card details by email.

Authorisation and security

Payment is subject to authorisation by the customer’s card issuer or payment provider. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; acceptance occurs when we send the dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly accept earlier. We may perform reasonable fraud-prevention checks or request confirmation needed to protect the customer and the business.

Failed or duplicate payments

If payment fails, the order is not complete until a successful payment is confirmed. A pending bank authorisation is not always a completed charge and may expire automatically. If the same completed payment appears more than once, contact support@fablemorrow.com with the order number and non-sensitive transaction information. Never email a full card number or security code.
